CURRENT MISSION

In Japan for god knows how long :) got a 1 year work permit but for now just going with the flow and exploring the country.

ABOUT ME

I´m an easy-going, open-minded 29-year-old from Germany who loves all kinds of extreme sports. I´ve been living in Indonesia for about 5 years (dry season) and always spend the winter in different ski resorts all around the globe. I´m a really keen surfer and have been doing that for nearly 8 years but I also do a lot of biking, skateboarding, snowmobiling and snowboarding.
I started surfing in San Diego, California 8 years ago and since then I still haven´t managed to stop. I studied Biology (Microbiology/Genetics) but I started my own sustainable businesses a while ago
I´ve spent the last 8 years mostly in Central America, The Caribbean and South-East-Asia.

Get to know people from different countries with different religions and ethnic origins became one of my biggest favors.

I don´t like to judge myself but just so you know:
If you wanna have a relaxed, interesting person to hang out with, have good conversations, or a big night out. That´s 100% me. Just always going with the flow :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started actively participating 8 years ago not knowing how much better CS is than staying in a hostel. Since I´ve been traveling for a long time I haven´t hosted people in a while.

So in a few months I´ll to host people. Unfortunately I´ve been surfing a lot but hosting only a few.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed on my roadtrip from Whistler, BC to Tijuana, Mexico a lot.
For several days in San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Las Vegas. All of my experiences were fantastic.
We were 3 guys surfing on "strangers" couches and they gave heaps of trust in us. I still appreciate that a lot.
