Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing to meet fellow world travelers. Discovering different parts of the world through the eyes of someone native from that part is almost as good as being there yourself. There's always something to learn and grow from. Secondly, let's be honest...travelling isn't cheap so if I can meet interesting people and save some money on where to stay on my travels...let's do it!

Interests

I'm interested in languages and cultures. I like to collect "thank yous" in different languages...it's one of the most important words in any language and I've discovered through experience that people enjoy you making an effort to speak in their language even if it's only one word.

I'm interested in music, I love to dance and feel a good rhythm.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read and wish I had more time to do so. One of my favourite books is The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova, I am a Potter fan and I am definitely a Game of Thrones follower. I like all types of music generally but I don't like jazz much.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been parasailing and paragliding...this may not seem like an amazing thing, but for someone who is afraid of heights....this is big. One day I'll muster up the courage to skydive....maybe! :)
