Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Just started in January 2010, but I've already had people crashing on my couch in Germany and shown them my country - however this was privately organized or through AIESEC - the largest international student organization world wide.
I have hosted for two Canadian girls for a week and a Mongolian student for 4 days.
Also, I showed two American students, who I knew from my study abroad semester in New Orleans, Germany in a crash tour of one week.
By now I have hosted a bit, too. So you can sleep on my couch and if you are lucky I have time to show you around and maybe cook something.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with a Turkish family for 2 months in Izmir - very friendly and hospitable.

Interests
Everything??? Really, that I cannot narrow down at all. I love reading - I could spend the whole day reading - but then I would miss out on all the cool people all over the world. So, traveling is another thing I like a lot. I like to teach, hence my future profession will be high school teacher (English and computer science). I love playing games and relaxing with friends, just as well as I love to go dancing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Wow... I've already seen a lot... Things I'll never forget: Hiking through the Grand Canyon, going to the beaches in Australia, my study abroad semester in New Orleans... The general hospitality that you can find all over the world, e.g. in Turkey or Japan or ...

I'm pretty knowledgeable about Germany... Otherwise travel experiences are pretty subjective. Ah, well, my knowledge about Germany is very subjective, too :D
