I'm easy going, nice to be with and friendly.

I have a dog. Her name is Natalia and she owns the floor of my house. :-)

I like to travel with friends and family or even alone. But as of the moment I'm pre-occupied.

I'm a college Professor, teaching subjects in Social Science, Liberal Arts, History and etc.

I don't sleep much in my bed. You can have my bed for the duration of your stay but do keep it tidy.

I live simply and comfortably.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

All my close friends are on Couch surfing so I just thought to give it a try. A new way for meeting new people coming from different cultures that could also be helpful topics in my lectures. :-) hahaha.... I also tell my students about the places I've been and the people I meet for an actual and worldly experience.

I've been mostly around the major land groups of the Philippines from Luzon Visayas and Mindanao but haven't explored most of the islands yet. Just Cebu, Siquijor, Negros Island, Iloilo, Isla de Gigantes, Guimaras, Siargao and etc., Davao, Basilan, Zamboanga, Bicol, Lucban, Quezon, Baguio, Ilocos to name a few. The domestic travels help out with my lectures in Philippine History.

I've had international travel but only in Thailand and Japan....Myanmar, Canada, US and etc. are plans set for the future.
