ABOUT ME

My name is Karl and I'm am currently working as a Mining Engineer in the 'coal capital' of Queensland, Blackwater.
I did most of m growing up in central Queensland before moving to Brisbane for 4 years to study.
Between finishing uni and starting work I spent a few months traveling Europe which was awesome but it definitely wasn't long enough!
For the time being I am happily working and saving for another trip somewhere in the world. I really want to travel for an extended period or work abroad if I am lucky enough to find a job.
Hopefully through this site I can make some friends, create networks and get some advice to to help me in my travels.
