Bonjour/Hi !

So here I am at last. I registered on coachsurfing in 2013 but I haven't been using it since.. now (November 2015, yeah I know..).

I am a 22 yo french student from Lyon, I am now studying as an exchange student in Ottawa. Actually I really love being an exchange student as it is my second year under this "title". Yes I am pretty lucky! I have been living in Canada for 3 months now and I can sincerely say that I have enjoyed my time a lot. 2 years ago I lived my first big experience abroad as I moved in Norway from France. I can hardly explain how this year 2013 changed me.. Meeting a lot of people from different culture is such a big opportunity!

Oh yeah more about me! So I grew up in the countryside but close to the big city so I am used to both. I am currently studying in my last year of university (my 5th year, wow who can believe it!) and my field is International Management. Don't ask me what it is about, I just picked up this program because I like the word "international"..

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Based on my travelling adventures, meeting random people along the way is certainely one of the best part of travels. I believe Couchsurfing is a great way to meet with people and especially locals. I love travelling stories and actually any kind of interesting stories so feel free to share them (and I can share some of mine as well!!)

Centres d'intérêt

I am the kind of person that is interested by many things but nothing particularly. Ok I really really like to make photos (just bought a Canon 700D and I can't stop playing with it while I am travelling, or just at home..) hanging out and chatting for hours with my friends, going to the movie (at least when I had time to do so in France), watching TV shows and all the shit normal people do when they are bored..

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Hard to say what is my favorite type of music.. I listen to pop, rock, indie and all types of chill music. I am currently listening a lot Adele (maybe you've heard about her new album and her new song "Hello" haha), Chet Faker, Asgeir, London Grammar.. I also like commercial music when being with my friends and generally all type of music (except metal & hard rock, sorry) when I go for a night out in a club.

I have watched a lot of movie but I only can remember 1 out of 15. Every second time watching a movie is like the first time for me unless the movie is very good. I am a massive fan of Harry Potter (I grew up with this guy!), the Lord of the Ring trilogy, James Bond movies, and overall all historical movies and biopics (I have loved the Theory of Everything, the Imitation Game and Unbroken!!). I am also watching TV shows such as Scandal, the Walking Dead, Game of Thrones and one my favorite lately: Sense8 (must watch!)

Hiking Kjeragbolten - a big rock wedged in a norwegian mountain's crevasse and suspended above a 984-meter deep abyss. Scary but sooo exciting!!

I can share my stories and a good laugh. I can participate to the cooking stuff but I have never quite experienced really fancy cuisine... Sorry not all french people are chef haha
