About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To broaden perspectives further, and continue reaching for that big perspective.
ABOUT ME
Interested in being interesting, and the interests of other interesting people.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is short. Life is complicated. People are good. People are bad. We get by in all kinds of different ways, but I guess what's important is that this is what you get, so it's best to make the most of it. Learn some things while you're at it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Long time surfer and host, on and off for a few years.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've met some of the most inspiring people I've ever met across the country staying on their couches, and I'm not exaggerating when I say they have changed my life.
You'll meet folks who have traveled further, seen more, and done amazing things and that inspiration will hit you at the core. You'll know that they, like you, are the tip of the iceberg, and that the world is a huge and magical place made up of our adventures and stories.
Interests
I enjoy good stories. Whether that means in cinema or book or word of mouth, I really appreciate storytelling. I like being active, and I like trying new things. I enjoy people and am generally curious about everyone else's lives. I am an artist, so I enjoy different kinds of art and am always looking for something new and inspiring. And I appreciate a drink.

Music, Movies, and Books
Things that make you think. Things that inspire you into action. Things that make you angry or sad. Things that make you happy. Things that make you burn until you think there might be nothing left.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rode my bicycle across country from Buffalo NY to New Orleans.
Hiked through the mountains of Nepal.
Visited Mongolian nomads in their gers.
Climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Climbed Mt. Rainier.
Ate a REALLY big sandwich. Like, huge.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share any knowledge I have, and I tend to branch out as much as possible. I can teach you parkour, aikido, guitar, piano, how to dance, film technique, video game technique, how to write a script, how to ride a bike, and a zillion other possibly useless or useful things.
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Mongolia, Nepal, Tanzania
