ABOUT ME

I'd like to see myself as an openminded guy
I already love travelling! Meeting people from all over the world has a strange way of opening your eyes on yourself. Just realizing that, in the end, you're not all alone...
I'm studying medecine to try and act for the improvement of the health system in developing countries. Some people call it humanitarian medecine (as if "normal" medecine was meant to be... "unhumanitarian"? unhuman?).

PHILOSOPHY

well, I'm quite desperate about the world I live in, the way people behave toward each other and toward the environnement in general and that's why I like so much to meet people who can inspire me.
I think that we have to fight against our selves before fighting with other people. Constantly asking our selves if we are not going in the wrong direction. Try to see the world as it is and not as we want it to be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to make my own opinion about how goes the world I'm living in, and also I'd like to meet the few ones that are trying to make their own way in life; not repeating passively the things that people, before us, have already done during centuries.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

already a few experiences... really amazing ones! Now I realise that those who pretend to know a country while spending their time in hostels, are not only deceiving themselves but also the people who live in it.

very different kinds of music: from Vivaldi, Mozart, beethoven, bach, to reggae, metal, pink floyd etc

Most of the books that I use to read are about/from buddhism, Krishnamurti, Etti Hillesum, Gandhi, humanitarian medecine, alternative opinions, social problems, people who travel the world ...

There are so many movies that
i like, too many: Little Buddha, seven years in tibet, fight club, last life in the universe, danny boyle's films, Terrence malick's films...
