ABOUT ME

I like to paint my own t-shirts, but I don't do that that often nowadays, also to cook, meet new people and do new stuff. I like listening to vinyls while reading, going out for a drink and a chat and writing (but not much time for that!).
Coffee is my daily support, but I'm trying to cut the intake.
I don't like people that talk loud on the phone while in public transportation (also people that play loud music in there) and raisins.
I enjoy talking with people about stuff, having discussions that teach me things, or just for the pleasure of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Now that I've hosted some people, I have to say that Couchsurfing is a great experience. Not only hosting and surfing, but also just meeting for a drink or a concert... great times!

兴趣

Reading, music (listening), writing, drawing cartoons (in a very amateurish way), cooking (trying out new recipes and cuisines from around the world), I try to grow my own herbs but that's going slowly at best... I will get there one day!

Music: always on the lookout for new stuff, but basically 60's-70's, rock, post-rock, country, folk (especially Irish), jazz, blues, punk, ska... but I'm basically interested in almost any kind

Books: my favorite genres are sci-fi (Orson Scott Card, Asimov, etc) and fantasy (big fan of LotR), but I like short stories (Borges, Cortázar, Lovecraft), historical, science (physics specially), novels (1984, The Joke, The Spy Who Came in from the Cold), etc.

Movies: some that come to mind, Requiem for a Dream, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, El Bosque Animado, Intacto, Unforgiven, Trainspotting, The Princess Bride, Nueve Reinas, Amores Perros, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Snatch, Double Indemnity, The Maltese Falcon, etc.

Not many amazing things... I have published a book along with some friends, if that can be considered amazing.
