i'm a 25 yr. old american living in los angeles. i love california - i don't think i will ever live anywhere else for an extended period of time. california has everything - ocean, mountains, desert.

i'm taking a break from work for a bit to go explore some places i've been wanting to go in france.

Music, Movies, and Books

i like me some music. a lot. here are bands that i enjoy: ryan adams and the cardinals, whiskeytown, spoon, broken social scene, rolling stones, sonic youth, lcd soundsystem, david bowie, tallest man on earth, beirut, husker du, bon iver, gram parsons and the flying burrito brothers, minor threat.

i also like me some movies. i like these movies the most: wayne's world, ghostbusters, annie hall, eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, wet hot american summer, there will be blood, the royal tennenbaums.

books = nice. here's some good authors: raymond carver, david sedaris, mr. hemingway, anthony bourdain, albert camus, kurt vonnegut.

i hiked cinque terra one day, then scootered on it the next day. beautiful. just, beautiful.
