About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To go somewhere

ABOUT ME

I love to travel anywhere and anytime, just walk in unknown streets, talk, even for a while with some strangers, spend time with people of another culture. The moment when the plane rises into the air, or when the train moves from the station, when I know, that the new adventure is starting right now is probably the most pleasant feeling you can experience. That's why I try to spend every free moment in travelling and exploring new places.

PHILOSOPHY

Hmm... I think that it's extremely important to do our best and try to find some exciting moments in your life. Sometimes even small pleasures, especially those given to someone, can slowly, step by step, change our lives. And of course travelling and meeting new cultures, makes us better people

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My first experience was in Ibiza, 2011. With my friends we just decided to go there( because there were cheap tickets:P) to rest for a while. Our host was really great. Next year, I spent night with my friend in Basel- we were just hitch-hacking and the couple- they were about 50- just proposed us not to go further but spent a night at their apartment. And I really realized, that travelling is something great, but hosting people could be even better ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm starting right now, so it's not so huge. However I hope so I will have a chance to meet lots of people next few years. And I'm inviting you to Warsaw, where I will probably live from October

Interests

Travelling, travelling and travelling. Probably like everyone on this site. During last few years I have seen most of the European countries and usually, thanks to cheap operators or great people whom I met on my way, I haven't spent a fortune for it. Apart from it, I like watching movies, especially European, and reading books, mainly about... travelling :-). I like cooking too.

Music, Movies, and Books

About movies I really love Czech cinema. They have great comedies, however recently I also started watching their dramas and honestly, they are much better than Polish :P Generally I watch a lot of movies, mainly from Europe. If you can't travel you can at least watch some new places.
Books? Of course also about travelling. Lately I have been reading Wojciech Jagielski- great polish reporter writing about travelling during difficult times.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hope so, that the best moments of my life, for the best memories, are still waiting for me

Teach, Learn, Share

Of course I can try to help with polish language- however it's not so easy to do it :P. And I can always try to find out not always the quickies, but usually the most interesting and the cheapest connections between many destinations. I think, that I'm quite good in it.
