About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Become a Woodworker!
ABOUT ME
Right now, I'm here. What will be in the next moment? I will probably still be here, and so will you! Let's meet to discover more.
I grew up in Israel. I study woodworking in Robert's creek, on the Sunshine coast. I've been here for almost two years and I'm learning so much more than woodworking!
Before this I lived in Greece, studying and playing traditional music of the area, finding beautiful islands and souls, lived loved and all the things that happen in that process. After a transformation period and realizations + unexpected events I found myself on a plane to Vancouver, and here I am!
Always ready for good vibes, for true human contact and knowledge, to share ideas, dreams and inspirations, sitting on the ground, with tea of coffee or water or beer, in the living room or under stars, next to fire or in the city night, to break free of cliches and conventions of thought and have a good time! Always ready to meet new brothers and sisters on the path. It's a challenge to stay tuned, and always rewarding. Times of being closed, afraid or feeling far from myself, others and the source of things always prove in the end to be a great teacher.
Love my family, my friends, the simple joys and meditations of life. I Like to plan and sometimes just go for it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's all about people, there places and colors. let's look each other in the eye and speak from our hearts!
Interests
I'm interested in anything I feel that has beauty in it, some kind of secret, a whisper, a piece of life. I like the air, water, growing things, good people, good art, good music from anywhere, humor, tears, clear warm seas, well-made things, family.
Music, Movies, and Books
Directors that really talk to me: Andrei Tarkovsky, Lucrecia Martel, Bruno Dumont, Jim Jarmousch, Tony Gatlif, kusturica...
Music... wow. It's been a long journey. From everywhere. Mostly traditional music from the mediterranean, middle east and central asia. Nowadays a lot of experimental electronic. Anything good and authentic really.
