An adventurer at heart and 9-5 software programmer in reality. I love reading novels, listening to music, trying my hand/feet at salsa :).. but above all i love to meet people. People from different places, with different viewpoints and different experiences in life.. I love talking to them, sharing their stories and knowing about their culture on the whole.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a few places in Korea and attended the meetups in Suwon, Seoul and Delhi. On the whole, I made lots of friends, learned a lot of things, had lots of fun and in general a good time.

Interests

Reading novels (any kind except philosophy), a big movie freak.. sometimes i listen to bob dylan or prince. I love playing chess and also computer games. I am still a newbie in salsa and swimming.. but they interest me a lot. I love hiking and mountaineering. I like travelling and learning about diff. places and their history.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Hiphop, old hindi songs, country music.
Movies: a long long list... saving private ryan, lord of the rings, spiderman, terminator, Crash, you've got mail etc. etc.
Books: Gone with the wind, Lord of the flies, Anne frank, five point someone, catch-22, foundation trilogy, on the road etc. etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once did some mild rock climbing under moonlight... that was a day of full moon with a full lunar eclipse.. still cant forget it.

I got goosebumps while standing amongst the ruins of the once great kingdom of Hampi.
