ABOUT ME
I eat a lot and sleep a lot. (enjoying life right?)
I love music, art, films, reading and travelling. Discovered the imponderable joy of getting lost in the narrow streets of of strange cities and would love to do it again- in some other strange cities.
I love meeting people and getting to know different people. Listening and talking are among my favourite activities. You can't beat a good conversation. It still amuses me to think about how the little/big differences of people made the world such a fascinating place.
I finally got my degree over with and I am off to study more!
I have a weird sense of humour that you might not find funny. Please do forgive me.
I hope you don't get the impression that I'm a nerd because of my severe abusive use of emoticons :P nor that I am a self-obsessive person because I managed to start 6 sentences with "I". I thought this is "all about me". Yes indeed. 7 in the count.
PHILOSOPHY
Be honest. With other people and myself.
Try everything because life is damn short.
We need more compassion in the world, not judgement, not money, not wars.
Tell me about yours.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Absolutely amazing. Nurtured my interest in dish washing while I couchsurfed my way to Beijing, Shanghai and London. Now I genuinely love doing dishes. Do not refuse when I want to help you with your dishes unless you have a dish washing machine.
hosted some very nice people back home as well :):)

Music, Movies, and Books
Techno, Techno, Techno and Techno. Rødhåd is my hero. Indie music, Electronic music. I try to listen to different things and I basically just like anything which makes me feel and makes me dance.
For HK ones I really like Wong Kar Wai. Stanley Kubrick of course, and Wim Wenders since Wings of Desire is my favourite movie of all time. Amelie, The Virgin Suicides, Leon the Professional, La Jatee, Blade Runner, The Dreamer, V for Vendette, Oldboy... I adore animated movies and Pixar but I also like classics: Gone With the Wind, Breakfast at Tiffany's and so on.Have to mention that I love cheesy things >> Edward Scissorhand, Before Sunrise/Sunset/Midnight and yes. MEAN GIRLS
Books are simply too many to mention. Been reading Italo Calvino lately. Invisible Cities is quite awesome.
My favorite song in my favorite album of my favourite band:

Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.... and writing chinese, which is very very difficult but beautiful :P
Hand sewing. Not trying to brag (oh yes I'm bragging anyway) but back in the days when I went to a girl school we had a subject called "needle works" and I ranked 1st out of 190 girls.
