Overview
About Me
I am an adventurer, curious, self-made next door guy who likes nature, endurance sports and enjoys the occasional existential wine conversation.
My philosophy on travel can be summed up in Mark Twain's words: "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime"
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I surf because I love meeting locals from the places I go to, beats staying at touristy neighborhoods doing touristy things
I host because I love meeting travelers mid-way through their travels, they remind me of my true passions in life. I also feel we should give back to the couchsurfing community as much we take
