I am 31 years old and I'm currently working in Warsaw. I'm an open mind, easy going person and music enthusiast. I love traveling and meeting people from all over the world. I try enjoy life as much as I can.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted once and I haven't surfed yet. I'm still newish in this and I also would like to travel Couch Surfing style.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted once and attended a couple of meeting. So far so good, unfortunately I am very busy now to gain more experience.

Interests

Kayaking (Polish rivers are amazing); I would like to do winter kayaking one day, reading, sightseeing, traveling of course, hiking, walking around the city, meeting new people, swimming, cooking.

I like trying new things so I'm quite happy when I have the opportunity of experience something new. I enjoy the little pleasures of a daily life.

I love the spring.... I know it may sound silly but in Poland I've seen the spring for the first time, since in Mexico we don't really have seasons; yes its warm pretty much year round.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is a really hard one because it depends on my mood... I enjoy reading in Spanish, I'm particularly a fan of Latinamerican writers, however nowadays I read pretty much any kind of book that I can get in English or in Spanish (is rather hard in Poland). My personal favorite is "Le Petit Prince" because every time I read it I learn something new :)

Books: Le Petit Prince, The Master and Margarita, All Quiet on the Western Front, Perfume: The Story of a Murderer, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, El Amor en los Tiempos del Cólera, Los Cachorros, Piedra de Toque.

Movies: The Shawshank Redemption, The Dreamers, Into the Wild, Y Tu Mamá También, Amelie, Pulp Fiction, Fight Club but also Bourne Trilogy so many...

Music: KOL, Eddie Vedder, Beirut, Los Ángeles Azules, The Corrs, Coldplay, Radiohead, The Doors, Portishead among many others depending on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drive ruta 40 in Argentina. About 10,000 km in 2 weeks.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Spanish, I have tried tandem and sometimes it worked and sometimes it doesn't but I got some experience with that. Mexican culture (food, I am a really big fan of Mexican food, history, contemporary politics, traditions, dancing, and drinking tequila of course).

I want to learn as much as possible from the culture and the people of the places I've been and will be. And I can share my experiences as a traveler and as a person.
