I grew up Saskatoon, SK. I'll forever be a small town prairie girl at heart but I have dreams too big and a heart too wild to stay in the flat land!

Currently I'm pursuing passions and making my dreams come true in Vancouver BC.
I absolutely adore Vancouver and the land surrounding it, living here has reconnected me with so many lost and forgotten parts of myself. I love the duality of being surrounded by nature yet nestled in a busy city.
I love showing people around, giving recommendations and watching people fall in love with this place I love so much.

When I'm not at the beach or getting lost in the woods you can find me at home reading, dancing and catching up with friends. I alternate from being very social to also incredibly introverted. I value my aloneness as sacred as it is what allows me to show up fully for those in my life.

For work I own three businesses : An online thrift shop, a pet care business and I am a women's somatic mentor. While all of these businesses are very different they all gift me different ways to connect and support people. I love helping and encouraging others. I am particularly passionate about empowering women.

I am deeply devoted to learning about the body, nervous system and what these two things have to do with healing and empowerment. I love talking about and sharing this knowledge with others as I truly believe the body holds all the answers we need.
