Hi, my name is Rachael! I am a 23 year old from the United States. I have always been a traveler; from camping trips with my family as a child to studying abroad in college. I love exploring new places, seeing amazing natural beauty, and meeting new people! I hope to continue to explore and travel all my life.

I graduated college with a degree in environmental studies and biology. I am passionate about working to prevent climate change and saving the world’s animals. I love animals and hope to work in a field alongside animals in my future!

Right now my best friend, sister and I are traveling around Europe! We have left our plans up in the air in order to be the most free spirited and open to adventures as possible! I’m on Couchsurfing for the fun experiences shared between amazing people! When I travel somewhere new I don’t just want to see the sites and attractions but do the things only done in that place! I want to have experiences unique to each place.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read so I’m always reading books and looking for my new favorite. I could read just about anywhere but one of my favorite things about finding a beautiful place is getting to sit and read in the sun!
I will go to live music without even knowing who’s playing or what kind of music it will be! The best vibes come from a good concert with friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My sister and I went to Belize to learn scuba diving! We stayed on a tiny island off the coast and went diving every day and ate fish every night!
