About Me
Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none. —Shakespeare
A wanderer and citizen of the world, I am passionate about LIFE. I love making new friends, expanding my awareness, and experiencing all that this life has to offer.
Our purpose in life is to...
...be and spread joy. I know we were sent here to be joyful beings, so I live my life in such a way that brings me and those around me the greatest joy possible
...share our knowledge, stories, and unique voices with the world. I strive for this in my daily work as an educator, mentor, and healer.
...be present and hold space for all those daily miracles. I am learning to let go and move forward, allowing life to flow unimpeded through me.
...help to elevate the vibrational frequency of this planet, by spreading a message of compassion, presence, and peace. This is something we live rather than laud.
...be authentic and unapologetically ourselves. I strive for this every day.
...embrace vulnerability, fear, and change as allies, not foes.
Life is a marvelous journey. Might as well enjoy the ride.

I'm not a big movie person, but if I have the patience and interest in watching one, I will. I have my key favorites as well. These days I don't like to watch anything other than comedies, romantic movies, sci-fi, or
I stopped watching television five years ago. Best decision EVER.
