ABOUT ME
Whatever is written here might constrict one's thought on the subject, so excluding this explanative phrase, I'm going to allow you to collect the little data ive given to formulate some version of "me". I can't wait to meet you.
PHILOSOPHY
my philosophy on philosophy is much like that of Matisse's on fine art. It takes years and years to reach finality, only to realize that nothing is finite. I'd rather keep my doors open and paintings unframed...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I believe in this project because it exemplifies humanity's best qualities during a disturbing exhibition of humanity's worst qualities.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have hosted several people now, and have gotten to know many more through my boyfriends couch, I love the experiences, I love the people. they make me feel miles away when im sitting at home on the couch. In Trujillo, Peru, I surfed my first couch (which was actually not a couch at all, but a very accommodating room) and i was welcomed into the home of a phenomenal peruvian family. we also stayed with a guy in Lima. We got to know the culture first hand, talk to the people, live the life. muah!!
Interests
drawing people who are blissfully unaware of my memoranda, sculpting, wandering, pretending to float, collecting knee-high socks, getting blissfully enraptured between dusty pages, watching the sky while reminding myself how small i am... being where i am, when i am.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A couple of years ago, I went to school for a couple weeks in Peru. while cruising the streets of Cuzco for a photo-documented scavenger hunt, two native girls found my group and preceded to help us mark off items on our lists for 3 consecutive days. As friday approached, we were sad to say goodbye to our new little friends so we decided to take them out to lunch, anywhere they wanted to go. They chose a nice, stone fire pizza shop in the Plaza de Armas. We allowed them to get anything they wanted to drink, which resulted in strawberry smoothies all over their cute little faces. One happened to peek at the bill and acted very surprised! (We ended up feeding them, myself and three other people for $40.00, which isnt bad!) I could tell that our little outing had meant a lot to them, and they asked to bring the leftovers home to their siblings. They were such wonderful little people, with such wonderful little personalities... I hope to meet them again someday.
