I am a medical student who loves to travel. I love to hike with my dog and have a goal of visiting as many national parks as possible. Most of the time I travel with my sister who is currently a college student. I grew up on a farm in rural Oklahoma and wouldn't trade it for anything.

I love to learn not only about the history of a place, but also the culture and especially the people. Couch surfing allows me to do that. I don't want to stay in a hotel and stay in my "American bubble."
