About Me

I don't use instagram as often anymore, but maybe a new adventure will push me over the edge:

I'm new to couchsurfing!

I grew up on a small island in the Caribbean called St. Lucia but then lived in NYC for 15 years after. I love to travel and move around, have new experiences and eat good food. I am an easy going person who is always looking for a good laugh and an adventure.

I care a lot about the earth and how we treat it and work at an outdoor education program to show students how amazing the earth is and how to truly appreciate it. I believe that the way we treat each other determines our future and kindness is not common enough.

I love to eat, dance, cook, hike, and swim - I love to meet new people and make new connections!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Going to Puerto Rico and looking for some local advice on where to go to have a good time!

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I'm finishing my 50 books a year challenge and have read everything from socio-racial commentary to fantasy series. I'm not picky - but I love a good romance. What can I say?

Favorite Movie...a toss up between The Dark Knight and Finding Nemo because they are so similar you know?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I shaved my head for kids cancer in 2015 and haven't really been able to grow it back since then ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories and jokes of previous adventures, but I also love to cook and bake so I'd be happy to prepare a meal as well. I love to swim, snorkel, and scuba dive and part of my job is leading snorkel tours, so I'd be happy to take you out into the ocean and maybe teach you something new!
