I attended university in my home province of Nova Scotia, receiving my degree in Environmental Studies, and Community Development. After school İ decided that İ needed a challenge. I needed to discover and explore the world. İ have been travelling since April 2014 spending time so far in the UK, İtaly, Greece, and Turkey. İ love learning about new cultures, histories and languages. My hope is to discover new people, learn new things and find my own way in the world.

Interests

I enjoy workıng on developing food advocacy and educational programs. While in Canada I worked in a lower income community to provide cooking and food access classes to those in need. I am very passionate about providing and growing good quality food and making it accessible to all. I also have a lot of experience with children and youth having been a leader in both recreation centers and camps for 5+ years. İ really enjoy working with animals and am always eager to learn.
