About Me

Hi! I’m an open-minded and excitable Arkansan pursuing a degree in English education. I want to travel as much as I can before graduation, and there’s nothing more important to me than feeling a part of something...that’s what I love about travel, and that’s what I love about Couchsurfing!
People describe me as offbeat, energetic, and accepting. I’m passionate about art, literature, and music, but there’s nothing in the world I love more than people. I love talking and listening, and I’m excited for the connections I’ll make here. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m new to Couchsurfing, but I’ve heard it’s a wonderful way to travel cheaply and meet interesting people.

I do want to state explicitly that I don’t see this as a dating/hookup service. Thanks.

Music: I love Phoebe Bridgers, Mazzy Star, The Sundays, and any group from Little Rock's awesome DIY scene (eg, Frances Grove. Give them a listen!!!).

Movies: Anything that teaches me something or makes me feel. I love The Shining because you can analyze it or just get lost in the atmosphere.

Books: I'm currently reading To the Lighthouse by Virginia Woolf and lovvving it! So much that I almost took off on a road trip to an actual lighthouse so I could appreciate it in the right atmosphere. Beautiful exploration of the human mind.
