I am an enthusiastic and avid reader. I worked in a world famous bookstore for 4 years, and love to discuss and recommend books. I love reading about history, sociology, philosophy, humanity. Favorite books include: Faraway Nearby by Rebecca Solnit, A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki, Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver, H is for Hawk by Helen McDonald, and The Male Body by Susan Bordo. I always have a book on me, and I always am looking for recommendations myself.
