Books: I love reading! I've been on a non-fiction binge for the past few years. Highlights include The Year of Magical Thinking, Smoke Gets In Your Eyes, and the Happiness Hypothesis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent six weeks traveling around India, practicing yoga and meditation and making new friends.

I'm a yoga teacher (on hiatus while I settle into a new job at a very busy non-profit) and I love nothing more than sharing the gifts of this practice!
