Music, Movies, and Books
The only music I cannot stand is heavy metal/ screamo. I love alternative, classic rock, musicals, pop, new age, etc.
Some of my favorite movies are: Pride & Prejudice, Peter Pan, Back to the Future, Eat Pray Love, The Little Mirmaid, Coco, The Princess and the Frog, Dead Poet’s Society, Aquamarine, etc.
Books I love are: The Picture of Dorian Grey by Oscar Wild, Outline by Rachel Cusk, The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd, The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins, the Divergent series by Veronica Roth, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
An amazing thing I have done is work at a summer camp for over four years. It is a Christian camp and I adored working with the children when I was there.
Another amazing thing I have done is going abroad. I went to France, Spain and had a layover in Amsterdam. I love traveling and experiencing new cultures.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn French, Spanish, Swahili, Portuguese, basically every language in the book!
I am currently learning guitar and piano and would love to learn how to play more instruments.
I love sharing art and photography ideas!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’ll share my calm and warm personality, my willingness to help with any household chores while in the host’s home, etc. I would love to buy groceries for my host and cook dinner with them as a form of appreciation for me staying in their home.
