About Me

Hello, I'm rachel who live in South Korea and I'm traveling now til the middle of May this year(2017)! I really love to meet people and share some cultures or interests or languages. This is my first traveling alone and I've met some amazing friends through this travel and been so happy, so I would like to experience more through couch surfing! And about hosting, unfortunately, I'm living with my family in Korea so that it can be little tricky to host friends to my home but Its not impossible. If I meet good friends somewhere and he/she has some plan to visit Korea, I definitely would like to host them and let them experience Korea more vividly! And I will have my own house in 2 years so I hope to be willing to welcome and meet people from other cultures at that time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said above, I would like to experience culture variously and vividly, meet people and hear their various stories! I love to hear many stories :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not picky on any kind of genre that much but I prefer british rock music(Oasis, coldplay, Radiohead, etc.), acoustic music, jazz and pop-song. And I love to read novels and philosophy books and poems. Now I'm reading 'Essays in Love' written by Alain de Botton and I really love his way of writing! Its genre is officially novel but it is actually philosophical insights rather than novel.
I love all kinds of movie but especially romantic comedy movie ahah

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
