About Me

Heyyo, haven't been active on this platform for a while, but super stoked to get involved again and start connecting with people!

Spend my winters traveling and my summers farming. Hunkered down in the northern Sierra foothills for the time being.

I currently hung up my boots and settled into a small sewing shop where I make hats for a local Californian company. I love the outdoors and making new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Many of my fondest memories while traveling I have to thank couchsurfing for. Just trying to make genuine connections with the local area and meet other people out there doing their thing.

Interests

Organic farming is a life long passion of mine. Nothing more gratifying than sewing seeds, tending plants, and harvesting the fruit.

Rock climbing and hiking in the summer. Snowboarding and crafting by winter.

Music, Movies, and Books

Some of the fav books: The Alchemist. Shantaram. Sowing seeds in the desert. Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. Slaughter house 5. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.

Wes Anderson films, or David Lynch. I like weird and visual appealing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spontaneously adopted a German Shepherd puppy and miraculously made it out of the puppy years with a beautiful young dog who loves people and water.

Teach, Learn, Share

We are powerful beings. Set the intentions. The world is always conspiring in our favor.

Walk in the shoes of others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Unfortunately, I'm not the best chef, but I am always happy to cook. There is always time for good food. I am also a great helper, dishwasher, and listener. Love to boogie, or take an early night in. I go with the flow, and believe in saying yes.
I can share my ever limited, yet always growing knowledge about growing veggies, herbalism, and homesteading skills (canning, food preservation, medicine making).
