I spent my teenage years swimming hardcore at national championships and now I enjoy the odd outdoor swim event! It's definitely a difficult hobby in this UK weather..
I've been practising yoga for a few years now, so if you'd like to join in on my morning session please feel free!!
Been getting into bouldering/rock climbing in the last year - if you climb/wanna climb - lets do ittttt 🙏
