Music, Movies, and Books

Popular mainstream music has never really been my thing (classic rock, oldies, and some 90's pop punk are an exception). I enjoy electronic music that I can get lost in and feel the meaning in my body without the distraction of words.

Once a fan of fiction, I now prefer to read about spirituality, mindfulness, psychology (especially of relationships, attachment theory, addiction), creativity, and personal development.
