Young engineer just trying to experience the world when able. I try to have balance in my life as I feel it does more good than harm. I love listening to others point of view and gaining perspective, I believe that close mindedness is poison of the soul. I generally speak my mind and will tell you the truth, if there is one, or at least my opinion if you ask and I am always interested in playing the devils advocate. I believe that life is far too complex to limit yourself to just one thing, even if those things seem to contradict each other. I'm rather easy going, I can take a joke and I love laughter and spending time with friends and loved ones.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Exploring the world is one thing, seeing it through the eyes of a local versus a tour guide is another. I want to see the world for what it is, share my life story and learn from others. Not to mention try a lot of good food.

Music: I listen to about everything really, rap, Indy, electronic, rock, old country (not pop country thank you), reggae, hip hop, pop, classical, folk, Christmas music. I am not a raging fan of screamo... sorry, but I'm always open to trying something new

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a passion for education and curiosity. I am an engineering major with a lot of different job experiences, I've worked as a computer tech, a lab technician, a manufacturing engineer, and as a water quantity technician. While I am versed in my science and math I also love philosophy, art, and agriculture. I find that when you keep an open mind you never know what will find its way in and that you are never too old or experienced to learn something new.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love meeting new people and trading ideas and experiences, so I'm always willing to hangout and get to know you. I'm rather flexible in the way that I love being outdoors and being active but I also love spending the night in watching movies or playing Jenga. I'm a rather neat and tidy person so if you have anything you want cleaned you have your girl! I'm also dabbling in my culinary skills so I can make some mean comfort food too (potatoes soup is probably my favorite)
