Heya! I'm Rachel, 22 and currently studying Geography, African Studies and Development in a very small but nice Town in the South of Germany.
I like being outside somewhere in the nature and never get tired of watching sunsets.
Life is unpredictable and i believe that everything happens for a reason. I love meeting new open-minded people and learn from their experience. The world is full of beautiful souls. I like how different stories can inspire you and how you can inspire others.
I am definitely a bit clumsy and not the best in making plans so mostly when I travel everything happens spontaneously but so far the best things I have experienced happened by coincidence.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend recommended it to me and I'm curious who I'm gonna meet. Getting to know an area with a local by your side gives whole different insights than only doing the Touristic stuff. The idea of getting a deeper and more local understanding of a place in combination with somewhere to sleep seems perfect to me. I think it's awesome that travelling is no longer limited to persons with high financial means.
