I am from a town called Coral Springs, Florida in the US and I have been living in Haifa, Israel for the past 6 or so years. I am a Social worker in the mental health and trauma field and a Yoga teacher (Vinyasa/Ashtanga). I love singing and playing guitar, I sing in a choir. I also love being outdoors, among the trees, mountains and beaches.

I feel that the best way to learn about a place is to spend time with the locals which couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to do and allows me to give others the opportunity to do.
