About Me

I grew up in small town Wyoming, studied in Chile in undergrad, lived in Denver, CO for 4 years, and now live in Connecticut. I love meeting new people from everywhere. I am now helping build and grow an amazing organization called Musical Intervention to that helps people from all walks of life take back the narrative of their life and inspire others through writing, recording, and performing original music. I am also a volunteer for a non-profit that supports health care workers in a rural community in Nicaragua called the HOLA Foundation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I'm helping build a start-up that's only one year old this year, I am looking to save money any chance I get and I like to meet people who don't take themselves too seriously and are doing interesting things with their lives. I do a couple trips to NYC to cater events that fit around my schedule to make some extra money, so I want a place for a few hours of sleep before heading back. I love the trade aspect of couch surfing-- I can always provide someone with a place to have a good night's sleep, and that's all I want.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love blues, some jazz (if it's more blues or gypsy), folk, electroswing, and pretty much appreciate any genre when it's a live performance!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've broken my tailbone a few times on different mountains in the west. #humblebrag #ivedonemultipleamazingthings

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to teach/coach anyone on the basics of guitar, piano, violin, and singing, sales and management. I'd want to learn as much as I can about building a business, the music industry and music publishing. I always need to learn and practice speaking more Spanish!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm new to the world of couchsurfing, so might need a little advice in this department. I'm always up to share a bottle of wine or a couple beers!
