Hi i am 22 year-old girl from Seoul, south korea. I am majoring French and Business management.
I was in saint etienne, france as an exchange student to study french from january until august 2015.
Also I was in Medicine Hat, Alberta to study business for one semester until december 2015.

In my university in seoul, i was a member of exchange culture club called 'amitie' between koreans and frenchs. (I put photos, check this out!)
And I worked as a young coordinator in a US ambassy seoul. I organized the event with diplomats.
I loved meeting with foreigners and experiencing new things.

****I really had great time while couchsurfing in Europe and got so much care and consideration that i would never forget.
Now it is time to give back to the world!!

BUT SINCE I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT WITH MY PARENTS, I CAN BARELY HOST YOU. EVEN IF I CAN, I DO HOST ONLY FEMALES FOR THE SAFETY PROBLEM.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I met new friends from couchsurfing here in saint etienne .
(In saint-etienne, there is a 'soiree' meeting on every friday evening at a pub! I was invited 2 months ago.. Actually before that, i didn't know CS at all! But my friends from that meeting recommended CS. And last month, I couchsurfed in Barcelona. To be honest, it was not exactly CS. But the host was my friend's friend. My friend introduced the host, her friend. I have never seen her before. But she hosted me very kindly, we traveled together, and the last night i gave her a gift. It was sooo nice experience :) )
and now i want to experience it by myself!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My latest trip is in Barcelona & Montpellier in Febrary 2015.
On the bus from Lyon to Barcelona, I talked with a group of girls (holland, canadian, german), indian boys, and a girl from Lyon. So, I toured them each day!
And in Montpellier, when I took off the bus, a girl from the same bus asked me how to get a tram ticket. And we talked little bit... and We traveled together!!
And the last day of Montpellier, I met couchsurfing members in Montpellier! (We wrote sth on the facebook group of Montpellier)
This was so amazing... meeting and traveling with people that i didn't even know before!!!

One more thing :)
I have been interviewed with a journalist from university magazine! And I have been on the magazine(cosmopolitan korea)! It was my first time to get a full makeup and take a photo shoot by experts!!!

Teach, Learn, Share

I think the most effective way of teaching and learning is to see and experience by myself!
And as meeting new ppl, sharing our lives, thoughts, cultures, we grow more and more regardless of age, gender, nationality!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer you Asian meals and little gifts :) I bring rice, and spicy sauce at every travel.
