Music:
I enjoy and appreciate a wide range of music, all the way from jazz and classical to shoegaze/post-punk. If you like mbv, LCD Soundsystem, Yo La Tengo, Stereolab, Wilco, Built to Spill, etc. - then we're really, really on the same page :--)

Movies: anything directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet or Wes Anderson is right up my alley

Books: my favorite authors are Milan Kundera and Junot Diaz
