At the moment, I'm based in Salem, MA, and traveling for art projects in Switzerland and Vietnam, where I used to live. I've lived abroad for most of the last ten years and I love to travel (like most people here). I'm an outgoing introvert- really enjoy hanging out with people but also need some quiet time to myself. I love cooking, eating, and trying new foods. Hobbies include taking care of plants or gardening, interior design, rock climbing, and hiking.

I've never met a more generous community of people willing to open their homes and give their time to strangers. I do a lot of solo traveling and it can be lonely, but couch surfers have always made me feel like friends or family.

I can offer assistance or advice in a number of topics, including ESL (I've been a certified ESL teacher for many years), writing and editing, interior design, organization, particularly spacial organization (my weird personal hobby), and more. I can also offer advice from personal experience to other female travelers who want to travel alone.
