About Me
Hi! I'm a grad student currently based in Toronto, Canada with a love of all food and travel. I'm usually pretty quiet around new people/in new situations, but once I get comfortable you won't be able to shut me up.
My hobbies include exploring, petting dogs, adventures, Netflix, mindfulness colouring, cooking and baking, and cleaning as a form of procrastination.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to be able to meet locals and experience the real culture of the places I visit. I want to swap travel stories and get to know who I would otherwise never get the chance to talk to! Plus hostels and airbnbs can be so cold and impersonal.
Music, Movies, and Books
How can I choose?! I will listen to pretty much anything, from Chet Faker to the Arctic Monkeys, to Kygo, to Ludovico Einaudi... I play piano and listen to music religiously, it's a huge part of my life.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed a mountain in British Columbia! I nearly died (at least that's the official story) but worth it for the view from the top :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
My Canadian-level ability to apologize and a cheesy sense of humour (sorry in advance)
