I love - spending time in wilderness - picking medical herbs, fermentation, reading kids books with my children, creating -painting-drawing dancing , practising yoga.

At the moment i live in a house in South Bohemia near town called Pisek and Strakonice. On my property are old fruit trees , goats, chickens, two dogs and cat.
I do workshops on Ethical cooking, fermenting, activating food, using plant based local diet. I have a fb where i try to inspire people to live more with nature in harmony.
