I grew up in the US, but I moved to Taiwan as a high school exchange student in 2015, and stayed until completing university.

I like hiking and am very much interested in art, history, and linguistics.

I have mostly been a vegetarian for 10 years. I still eat fish from time to time, though.

Since graduating, I've been traveling through the Balkans and Latin America. I am excited to begin the next part of my travels in central Asia!

I've also lived in Italy for two summers as an au pair, and completed a semester as an exchange student in Turkey.
