About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Rachel and I am an entrepreneur (www.womenaremagic.com) living in New York City but doing lots of travel and exploration! I travel for the meaningful experiences and meaningful relationships I build. I'm mostly a solo traveller who likes to build family and friendships as I make my way through a city, or country.

I am a big reader and writer and am a huge fan of the arts. My yoga practice is also something that is growing. I am a virtual worker so some of my time is spent at coffee shops getting down to business!

I absolutely love to cook and wouldn't mind whipping up a delicious breakfast or dinner for us to share travel stories over.

I'm an early riser so Ill usually be up and out before you awake, I promise not to be in your hair too much, I like to get out and exploring as soon as the sun rises!

If you have any questions about me please let me know as Id love to answer. I hope I get to connect with you soon.

CURRENT MISSION

Exploration, and meeting new incredible people along the way!

ABOUT ME

I'm a 29 year old entrepreneur currently living in the NYC area.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy includes two things FREEDOM and COMMUNITY. Freedom to be yourself, control your time, meet new people, travel often, try new foods, design your life. COMMUNITY is the loving and heartfelt connections I have with the people I come across in my travels. The share of passions and purpose. I think those who are always a good recipe to great experiences to happen

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm known to indulge in foreign films and lately I've been reading a lot of business books such as Shark Tales by Barbara Corcoran but I finally got to pick up The Pilots Wife and absolutely loved it!

The movie Chicago is my favorite but I also really like most films I see but live theatre is always my first choice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Some amazing things I've done usually involve travel. One of my favorites is a service trip to Guadeloupe, Mexico, where the air was thick with love, graciousness and appreciation in a part of town where most homes were dirt floors and tin roofs

What I Can Share with Hosts

My cooking and baking which is all made with tremendous amounts of love.

I always bring a few books along with my to trade or simply to leave with you if its something you're interested in.

Lots of fun laughs and conversation. My mama calls me a social butterfly for a readon!

Countries I’ve Visited

Bahamas, Mexico, Turks and Caicos Islands
