Music, Movies, and Books

Horror, Broadway and romance! The comedy should come naturally. Red Hot Chili Peppers are my favorite band, but I also have a deep appreciation for jazz and classical music after playing piano throughout my childhood. I'm down for pretty much anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a French culture class at my University in which a Parisian guy named Paul was assigned to be my Skype partner. When the class ended, we had never met in person and lost touch. Two years later, I finally made it to France. In the metro of Paris one day, I was asking for directions to the Eiffel Tower. So, one guy said, "Nice to finally meet you!" I did not realize it at first, but I had asked PAUL for directions. What are the chances of bumping into someone you know in a city of MILLIONS???

Teach, Learn, Share

If you take the time to learn the language, you win the hearts of the locals, and the place will open its heart to YOU.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you want to jam, I play piano, guitar, and some basic ukulele. I sing harmony pretty well too :-)
