About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live beautifully

ABOUT ME

Occasionally I like to be serious, but I prefer laughter. I enjoy wilderness backpacking and meaningful conversations about philosophy, religion and all the good ideas that make life worth living. I have a burning passion for spicy Thai food (indeed, for all rich and flavourful foods-- yum!) I like learning about people, about where they've come from, where they're going and all the sites they've seen along the way.

PHILOSOPHY

"If you have two loaves of bread, give one to the poor. Sell the other and buy hyacinths to feed your soul." -Hindi Proverb

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted people, surfed with people, and told others about this wonderful website.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had great couchsurfing experiences across Europe and North America. Very grateful to have met people I wouldn't normally encounter through my regular circle of contacts. So enriching!
