About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Striving to do all things with compassion.
ABOUT ME
I'm a 28 year old graduate student in musicology/ethnomusicology. After finishing my undergraduate degree at Oberlin College/Conservatory I spent five years living in Berlin teaching violin, English, and working in arts management/administration for a music management agency specializing in classical music.
I loved Berlin, but couldn't help being homesick for this crazy country. I love Boston and my hometown of Lancaster, PA.
I love traveling, meeting new people, and learning new languages and think that couchsurfing is a beautiful thing!
PHILOSOPHY
Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

I'm new! No experiences yet.
Interests
When I'm not working on my master's thesis on recent changes in the musical practices of the Old Order Amish I like to run, bake pies, read, sing, play and write music, and explore Boston with my friends.
