ABOUT ME

Well I'm Rachel

I come from Manchester, it's a brilliant city, I LOVE it! I study French and Classics at Leeds Uni which is also great, full of students.

Living in France at the moment teaching English to teenagers though as part of my degree, it's definately always interesting!

I love travelling, I've done quite a bit in the last few years, all over the world really, either alone or with friends/people I meet along the way. I think one of the best things about it is the opportunity to meet so many people,e very day is different.

I'm really laid back and get on with pretty much everybody. I love to socialise and party!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a couch at my student place back in Leeds. Not there at the minute but when I am I'm happy to welcome people in the hope that people are happy to welcome me in return. For the moment I'm just spreading the word about couch surfing because I think it's a brilliant scheme!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None so far with couch surfing but when I was travelling I was really lucky and I stayed a few times with local people in different places. Through friends of friends I've also stayed with plenty of new people and always had good experiences.
