About Me

Groove addict and humanitarian here.

I work in Bangkok as a Project Manager for a global health non-profit organisation. I work in health systems strengthening in low- and middle income countries. I travel the world for work and pleasure - 42 flights this year!

Born and grew up in the West Midlands, big Derby fan and studied in Leeds and Sheffield.

That's pretty much it really, I have a cat called Moonpig that lives in the UK at my family home.
(he's named after a UK card company) he is my world.

Down to earth, happy-go-lucky, and respectful x

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Pretty much like every other CS, I love to travel, it makes me feel alive.
I'm not a home bird, my brother is. The buzz that he gets when he returns home is the same buzz that I get when I get on a plane.
Looking to share the experiences i've had with other travellers. Want to continue to learn, grow, and sip wine.

Music, Movies, and Books

Huge music fan, I like to describe myself as a groove addict.
I was bought up on a diet of Disco and Motown
Disco, Funk, Groove, Motown, House, Afrobeat, Pop, R&B, Ska,

Films are more of my downfall, more of a TV series kind of girl
My concentration span is dire so struggle with any film over 100 minutes on my own.
Pretty Woman is my go-to

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bribed my way across the Togo border using a can of coke.
