I think I am easy going and laid back. I like to meet new folk from all over the place as l am intrigued by new cultures and hearing peoples stories. I am currently in New Zealand for three months working and travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My flat mate hosted 2 groups of couch surfers in Fort William, Scotland this year. Was good fun meeting new folk from other countries and all were sound folk and we had a good laugh. Both encounters involved Scottish drinking, ale and whiskey were had!! These encounters are why I joined the site. Stayed with a couple of folk in germany on recent travels awesome guys. Hosted a few folk in Austria when i lived there, was nice to share the beautiful mountains with fellow travellers.

Interests

Interested in mountain biking, climbing, snowboarding, skateboarding, running, football, horse riding, swimming in wild places, poetry, traveling, and I am Scottish so I know how to party :)
Pretty much love the mountains and what they have to offer.
I also love animals and coffee and now Belgium beer.

Favourite books are Stieg Larsson's Girl with the dragon Tattoo books.
Favourite movies any Tarantino film and Empire Records.
Favourite music depends on my mood but like most stuff except heavy metal and heavy trance/dance

Teach, Learn, Share

I am developing my knowledge in Belgium beers as have just started working in Belgium bar so can teach a few things about beer.

I am also starting to learn the art of sports massage, so can help relieve those muscles after a hard days adventuring! Although I have just started so dont expect wonders just now :)
