I am a fun-loving, energetic person who enjoys traveling! I enjoy learning and experiencing new cultures. I would say that I am outgoing and friendly. I love life and generally have a positive attitude! I love the outdoors and nature. I lead a very active lifestyle.

I am looking forward to meeting interesting, fun people. I would also like to gain a different perspective of the places that I go. I feel this can best be done by meeting people and learning from them about their cultures and experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy many genres of music including folk, pop, oldies, classical, and country. My favorite artists lately have been Sia, Garth Brooks, George Ezra. Mostly whatever I am listening to, I tend to like.

I watch more TV shows than movies. My favorites are Friends, How I Met Your Mother, Arrested Development, The Mindy Project, and New Girl. I really like laughing and comedies are my fave!

My favorite books are Harry Potter, Daring Greatly by Brene Brown, Is Everyone Hanging Out without Me? (And Other Concerns) by Mindy Kaling, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie. I usually have a book that I'm working on. I'm hoping to give LOTR another try soon!

I would love to learn to speak more languages! I bought Rosetta Stone to learn French but have not been very disciplined about it. I would also like to learn how to surf. I have tried it a couple of times but was only semi-successful at it.
