Food lover and baker by trade, my travels seem to revolve around collecting recipes, seeking out the most beloved bakeries and cafes, and trying new flavor experiences. Friendly, laid back, patient and eager to learn new things. Equally comfortable relaxing in a cafe with a good book, dancing the night away, or enjoying beers in a divey bar.

PHILOSOPHY

Kindness, patience, hospitality. Don't sweat the small stuff. Everything in moderation, including moderation. Be kind to yourself!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Zazen meditation in an old Japanese temple during a minor earthquake. No one around me was freaking out, so I managed to keep relaxed. It was strange and amazing!
